‘Water, Wind, …’ to vie at Seoul Children filmfest

Iranian documentary ‘Water, Wind, Dust, Bread’ is scheduled to vie at the Seoul International Children’s Film Festival in South Korea.

Directed by Mehdi Zamanpour-Kiasari, the doc will represent Iran at the Kids Creative Section of the 2022 edition of the event.

‘Water, Wind, Dust, Bread’ is a colorful depiction of the life of two kids named Abolfazl and Setayesh.

Despite all the hardships, the kids are doing their best to live a happy life; a life that is different from others.

The documentary also participated in the Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival in the Czech Republic, the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) in the Netherlands, the Children’s Film Festival Seattle in the US, and the MiradasDoc International Film Festival in Spain.

The Seoul International Children’s Film Festival aims to present the most outstanding films for children, youth, and families produced from all over the world.

The 2022 edition of the festival will take place on June 15–22 in South Korea.
